I grew up in Germany and have lived in Brisbane, Australia for 30 years. I have learned who I am and what I do in this life.

In talking about myself and how I may be of service to You, the race of Humanity, the Earth - our mother and sustainer, I am conscious of using words harmoniously. Words are very powerful.

I am enjoying my life and have chosen to serve humanity in the true light of understanding. To bring to you with humour, love and creativity the courage to complete and manifest your life's mission.

Let me open your hearts. Allow me to assist you, to help you. I have had many profound experiences that keep bringing positive change, adventure and joy to my life. I am learning something new every day.

My partner Kevin shares my life here on the mountain. We live and work at ASTR - Your Healing Centre.

The name indicates that it is a place where change happens. Whilst in the cocoon, the Chrysalis or pupal state, is the transformational stage for the larvae to turn into the butterfly. The transformation finishes in unfoldment.

The various stages of my life have brought about much change. Living my life I am still who I was when I was born. Experiencing the many different things that I am priviledged to encounter are the unfoldment of my life.

Unfoldment continues. It is an ongoing process. I do trust the process of life.

"See it and Say it..." a friend said to me many years ago. "If you can see it with your Mind and say it with your Heart then YOU can make it happen!"  She was right.
